Applying
for residence at Rimbrook is a three-step process:
Step
1:
You
must forward to Rimbrook Residence, in writing the below:

A completed application form
2.
Application fee of $25.00 (non refundable)
Step
2:
We
will contact you to arrange for an interview.
Step
3:
After
the interview we will contact you with the final decision
on your application.
Rimbrook
study centre provides full board and an extensive
programme of activities and tutorials for its residents.
Semester Fees are to be paid at the beginning of the
semester to the Bursar either at the Residence or by mail.
Cheques should be made payable to Rimbrook Residence.

Outside semester residence, including
Orientation week and vacation periods, is paid for
additionally at indicated weekly rates pro-rata. No
refunds are granted for periods spent out of Residence
during semester, except for academic programmes and
hospitalisation.

Should you pay by Direct Transfer Method, please identify
the transfer using the family name of the resident
accepting the place in the Residence. Also advise the
Secretary of the date the transfer was made.
When a student accepts the offer
of a place at the Residence she agrees to hold her place
for at least one semester and is liable for the full
semester fees. The balance of all fees should be fully
paid upon arrival.
